My New Years Resolution for 2012 is to show my life to the world..this will be crazy, funny, scary, outrageous and maybe other things. The "You Know"show on my YouTube (www.youtube.com/irockcf) channel will be my silver stage, my screen, my..... you know... So get your popcorn poppin'! 5 minutes once a week is what you get..so subscribe to the channel & read this blog and you will be treating yourself to 5 minutes of fun.

love the video. you're a riot. i saw you at the belle isle NYE run, but didnt' want to introduce myself in fear of looking like a crazy stalker. i'm also the weird crazy person that commented once before about seeing you in TJ's and eyeing you down as if i knew you (then realized i didn't, i just read your blog).
Hoping to do the half this year. i was registered for it last year and wasn't able to do it as i managed to land myself in the ER the night before :(

That was a chilly day on Belle Isle, I had to thaw myself our for a few hours. Hope you had a fun time out there and no ER visits before Rivers this year..the shirt and medal will be worth it, even if you have to crawl.
